Generally, all of the inventory will be posted to Ebay in a auction style format with a "Buy It Now" price. Most of the auctions end early with the aircraft being sold by this means. Sometimes buyers like to "play" the auction and nobody bids until the last few minutes, even seconds! I have had planes sell for more than the "Buy It Now" price with buyers taking this approach!
